Welcome to the Town of Starks. Previous designations, Lower Sandy River, Stark. Settled 1774. Incorporated February 28, 1795 the 99th town. Parts set off to Industry January 21, 1822, to Mercer March 2, 1835 and February 22, 1865, and to Norridgewock February 28, 1907. Principal settlement Starks.
